Overview
The leader-guided RTG MPZ 700-800 statically presses and extracts sheet-pile walls with minimal noise and vibration. It is built for Z-profiles 700-800 mm wide and, thanks to RTG's modular design, shares its cost-intensive key components — clamps, cylinder guide units and the complete control system — with the MPU U-profile presses; a single carrier can be reconfigured from MPZ to MPU by swapping the transport frame. Fine-tuning of the clamping jaws to the profile angle is done with a hydraulic clamping device for quick change-overs. A volumetric flow of up to 850 l/min delivers very high feed rates. An innovative automated pressing sequence, electronic monitoring, the Automatic Coupling System (ACS) and full wireless remote control of the carrier / press unit make assembly, disassembly and daily production highly efficient.
