How a service request is handled

  1. 01

    Equipment identification

    Send the make, model and serial or nameplate details. A photograph of the nameplate helps identify the correct configuration.

  2. 02

    Request intake

    RENTEK receives and records the request, and coordinates it with KTS INDUSTRY. RENTEK does not perform the technical work itself.

  3. 03

    Technical diagnosis

    KTS INDUSTRY carries out the technical diagnosis and performs agreed repair or service work where applicable.

  4. 04

    Agreed scope and documents

    The scope of work, parts and required documents are confirmed in writing before work proceeds.

Warranty, commissioning, operator familiarisation and training are subject to the applicable equipment, the manufacturer, the supply agreement and the written commercial offer. Availability is confirmed case by case.

What data is collected and who receives it

The operator of your personal data is ООО «RENTEK», 5, 1st Kichik Mirobod st., Yakkasaray District, Tashkent, Uzbekistan, info@uzrentek.com.

By sending this form you provide the following data:

  • your name
  • the name of your company
  • your telephone number
  • your email address
  • the subject, or the equipment, that you name
  • the text of your message, including the method of contact you prefer
  • which form you used
  • the IP address of the device you send from
  • the date and time of the submission
  • the fact that you gave this consent, the moment you gave it, and the version of this wording

Purpose of processing: to consider your enquiry, prepare a commercial proposal, contact you about it and keep a record of the correspondence.

Your data is received by:

  • the employees of RENTEK who handle enquiries
  • Supabase Inc. (USA) — hosting of the database and of the files you attach
  • Resend Inc. (USA) — delivery of the email notifications
  • Telegram Messenger Inc. (United Arab Emirates) — the internal channel that alerts our staff that an enquiry has arrived
  • the manufacturer or its factory, where answering your enquiry requires it

Supabase, Resend and Telegram process the data on servers outside Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan. By ticking the box you agree to this cross-border transfer of your personal data.

Retention period: three years from our last contact with you, after which the data is deleted.

You may withdraw this consent, or ask us to correct or delete your data, at any time by writing to info@uzrentek.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it, and may mean that we can no longer handle an enquiry already in progress.

This consent covers the handling of your enquiry only. It is not consent to receive advertising, and it is not the analytics consent requested by the cookie banner.
