1. Acceptance and scope

6. Equipment, product and manufacturer information

Product descriptions, technical specifications, availability, images, videos, brochures and any indicative pricing are provided for general information only and may change without prior notice.

Before relying on such information, please confirm the exact configuration, condition (new or used), delivery, warranty and price with RENTEK.

Images may be illustrative and may not represent the exact unit available.

Product names, trademarks, logos and other manufacturer materials belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on the Site does not create or imply any relationship between RENTEK and the relevant manufacturer beyond a relationship that RENTEK has actually confirmed.

7. Quote, contact, parts and service enquiries

An enquiry submitted through any form on the Site is non-binding. It does not reserve equipment, guarantee availability or response time, and does not oblige you to make any purchase. Binding obligations arise only from a separately agreed written or electronic contract or an accepted commercial proposal issued by RENTEK.

8. Accuracy of information you submit

You are responsible for ensuring that any information you submit through the Site is accurate, current and lawfully provided, and that you are entitled to provide any personal data of third parties.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, layout, graphics, code, images, videos, brochures and downloads produced by RENTEK — is protected by intellectual-property laws and belongs to RENTEK or its licensors. You may view and use the content for your own internal business evaluation. Any other use, including reproduction, modification, distribution or public display, requires RENTEK's prior written permission or a lawful exception.

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, RENTEK is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive losses arising solely out of use of the informational Site.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including any applicable mandatory rights, liability for fraud or wilful misconduct, or any other liability that may not be excluded under applicable law.

15. Your responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for losses caused to RENTEK by your unlawful use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time. The current version is identified by the effective date and version shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The parties will first seek to resolve any dispute through good-faith correspondence. If no resolution is reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of Uzbekistan in accordance with applicable procedural rules.

18. Language versions

These Terms are published in English, Russian and Uzbek and are intended to have equivalent meaning in each language. In case of conflict between versions, the Uzbek version shall prevail to the extent permitted by applicable law.
