About RENTEK

The history of RENTEK began in 1997 with the activities of the German company LUKANOWSKI TRADE CONSULT (LTC) in Uzbekistan. The company became one of the early suppliers of modern road-construction machinery and technologies to the local market. International experience, cooperation with leading global manufacturers and a commitment to long-term partnerships created the foundation for the company’s future development.

In 2004, the business continued its development under the UZRENTEK brand. This stage was associated with the company’s local growth, an expansion of the equipment portfolio, stronger technical-support capabilities and the development of partnerships with international equipment manufacturers. The company expanded its work in comprehensive solutions for road construction, industry and infrastructure projects.

On 5 October 2017, the company’s shareholder changed. As a result, the business moved from the status of a German company operating in Uzbekistan to that of an Uzbek company. This became an important stage in its localization and further independent development in the market of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

In 2022, the company completed a rebranding and began operating under the RENTEK brand. While preserving its accumulated experience, professional team and working principles, RENTEK continued to expand its portfolio of construction, road-building and specialized equipment, spare parts and engineering solutions.

Today, RENTEK cooperates with leading international equipment manufacturers and supplies modern machinery and spare parts for construction, industrial and infrastructure projects. Technical-service and repair requests are received and coordinated by RENTEK together with its service partner, KTS INDUSTRY.

Over more than a quarter century of activity, the company has participated in projects connected with the construction and reconstruction of roads, airports, industrial facilities and other infrastructure assets.

Today, RENTEK continues to develop, introduce modern technologies and offer customers solutions that meet high standards of quality, reliability and efficiency.
