Overview
The BAUER MAT IPA 250-E is a fully automatic grouting/injection plant with a redesigned high-pressure pump delivering up to 250 l/min at a maximum pressure of 80 bar (not simultaneously). MAT's patented colloidal mixer produces stable, homogeneous suspensions with a nominal capacity of 7.0 m³/h at a W/C ratio of 1.0, using a 200 l mixer and 500 l storage tank. Up to ten recipes can be stored in the PLC control, remote-maintenance-capable, allowing exact metering of one solid, one liquid and one additive component; slurry densities up to 2.0 kg/dm³ (W/C 0.33) are possible. Rated power demand is 39 kW via one 63 A and two 32 A CEE plugs.
