Overview
The BAUER MAT CMS 50 is a fully containerised batch mixing plant that produces up to 50 m³/h of high-quality bentonite or cement suspension for special foundation engineering, tunnelling and diaphragm walls. A high-shear slurry mixer with a 1,700 l batch, a 2,000 l water buffer and a 4,000 l suspension tank keep the process continuous. Radar-based level monitoring, a booster pump and up to ten stored recipes deliver consistent W/C ratios and a >10% output increase over earlier generations, while a 20-foot ISO frame allows rapid transport and set-up on site.
