Overview

The BAUER BG 30 H is a multifunction foundation drilling rig on the BT 75 carrier. Its KDK 300 S rotary drive supplies 300 kNm for casing work and 280 kNm for drilling, with speeds up to 53 rpm. Depending on configuration, the rig uses a 310 or 340 kW CAT C9.3 B engine and supports Kelly drilling, CFA, full-displacement piling, front-of-wall, vibro-displacement, soil mixing and jet grouting. A flexible mast, remote-controlled rigging, B-Tronic 5 controls and assistance systems cover conventional and single-pass workflows while improving setup, monitoring and repeatability.
