The KLEMM KR 806-3GS is a universal and anchor drilling rig built by KLEMM Bohrtechnik, the BAUER Group's specialist for anchor and micropile drilling. It targets anchoring, excavation support, sheet-pile-wall anchoring, uplift anchors and bridge-foundation anchoring, including overburden methods and double-head systems, and is optimised for less accessible, low and inclined drilling positions. The EU Stage V configuration is powered by a Volvo Penta TAD 583VE engine rated at 175 kW with DOC+DPF+SCR+ASC aftertreatment. Dual 240 l/min load-sensing main circuits are complemented by 30 l/min and 20 l/min auxiliary circuits and an optional 40 l/min fifth circuit, running at 350 bar maximum system pressure. The oscillating crawler carrier delivers up to 188 kN tractive force, ±14°/−6° oscillation and 390 mm ground clearance, with a 19.5 t operating weight. Standard radio remote control covers travelling, setup and drilling.
