Overview
The Ammann ARS 30 is a compact single-drum soil compactor in the 3.5-tonne class. It combines a 1,200 mm smooth drum with a no-rear-axle chassis so that traction, stability, manoeuvrability and sight lines to the drum edge are maintained on tight sites. Power comes from a Kubota V2403-CR-T Stage V diesel rated at 43.2 kW (ISO 14396) with EGR, DOC and DPF aftertreatment and no SCR. Standard equipment includes the Twin-Lock traction system, ECOdrop hydraulic concept, an open ROPS operator platform, steel drum scrapers, a right-hand single drive lever and a multifunction display.
