- the name of your company

- your telephone number

- your preferred language of communication
- the manufacturer, category and model of equipment you ask about, and the catalogue identifier of that model
- the quantity you need
- whether you need new or used equipment
- the type of project the equipment is for
- whether you intend to buy outright or to use financing
- the delivery date or timeframe you need
- the budget range you indicate
- the text of your message, your technical requirements, the description of the application, the urgency, serial and part numbers, and every position of a multi-item request
- any file you attach, together with its name, type and size
- the page of the Site from which you send the form (the path only, without query parameters)
- which form you used
- the reference number of the request and a technical key that prevents duplicate submissions
- the IP address of the device you send from
- the date and time of the submission
- whether you separately agreed to receive marketing messages — this is optional and independent of the present consent
- the fact that you gave this consent, the moment you gave it, and the version of this wording
Purpose of processing: to consider your enquiry, prepare a commercial proposal, contact you about it and keep a record of the correspondence.
Your data is received by:
- the employees of RENTEK who handle enquiries
- Supabase Inc. (USA) — hosting of the database and of the files you attach
- Resend Inc. (USA) — delivery of the email notifications
- Telegram Messenger Inc. (United Arab Emirates) — the internal channel that alerts our staff that an enquiry has arrived
- the manufacturer or its factory, where answering your enquiry requires it
Supabase, Resend and Telegram process the data on servers outside Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan. By ticking the box you agree to this cross-border transfer of your personal data.
Retention period: three years from our last contact with you, after which the data is deleted.
You may withdraw this consent, or ask us to correct or delete your data, at any time by writing to info@uzrentek.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it, and may mean that we can no longer handle an enquiry already in progress.
