Overview
The Power Pavers TC-2700 is a dedicated texture/curing machine that provides a stable platform for tining and brooming behind a slipform paver, together with consistent application of curing compound across the slab and along both sides. A rigid steel-beam frame (rather than a light-duty truss) keeps the tining head straight over the full working width. Standard equipment includes an 85 HP (63 kW) Cummins engine, 8.5 ft (2.6 m) rubber-coated steel crawlers and 24 in (60 cm) lift posts with electronic grade control. The machine handles longitudinal or transverse texturing, folds to 8.5 ft transport width without disassembly, and carries a 150 gal (568 L) polyurethane spray tank with a skirted no-drip stainless spray bar on 12 in (30 cm) centres.
