Overview

The 150 Extruder forms free-standing scab-on curb on existing pavement or a smooth, 95% compacted subgrade. Concrete or asphalt mix is fed to the hopper and compacted through a dedicated mold; the extrusion reaction propels the machine forward. A steerable handle, nine pneumatic tires and three lifting jacks keep setup simple on curves and grades. Interchangeable molds handle profiles up to 12 in (30 cm) high and wide, while optional arrangements support trench curb, reinforcing dowels, dual-side pouring and work beneath guardrail.
